掩膜芯片為大批量訂單生產(chǎn)芯片,需要支付相關(guān)掩膜費用
掩膜費用收取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有兩種,可分為不可退(可下最小訂單量MOQ,達(dá)到MFQ數(shù)量不退)與可退(兩年內(nèi)達(dá)到掩膜費數(shù)量退回MFQ),掩膜和OTP芯片原廠生產(chǎn)出來后是芯片的裸片形式(DICE)交貨,然后進(jìn)行綁定加工生產(chǎn)COB軟封裝,如果需要進(jìn)行硬封裝,也可以特定WAFER交貨。

- Four oscillator periods: 2.0 ~ 5.5V at 32kHz, 2.2 ~ 5.5V at DC-4MHz, 2.6 ~ 5.5V at DC-20MHz.
- Two oscillator periods: 2.0 ~ 5.5V at 32kHz, 2.2 ~ 5.5V at DC-8MHz, 10MHz-16MHZ, 20MHZ not used.
?? Wide operating frequency range: 32kHz ~ 20MHz.
?? Wide operating temperature range: 0ºC ~ 70ºC.
